Il comporte 33 logements r\u00e9parties sur 3 b\u00e2timents. Le programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au profit du bailleur social <a href=\"https:\/\/www.13habitat.fr\">13-Habitat<\/a>, appartenant au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.departement13.fr\">Conseil G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Bouches du Rh\u00f4ne<\/a>. Malgr\u00e9 la pand\u00e9mie, l&#8217;acte de vente en VEFA est sign\u00e9 en 2020 et le programme est livr\u00e9 \u00e0 bonne date en octobre 2022.
